All youth who have finished at least one training course, Leadership and Personal Development (LPD), of YRDP. There are four types of volunteer at YRDP that youth can apply for
1. Program volunteer assistant with different YRDP programs for at least 3-month period
2. A volunteer as an event organizing committee with a specific period depends on the length of the event. The event can be an event of YRDP or YRDP join with other NGOs/networks
3. A volunteer with other NGOs through YRDP’s referral service
4. A youth led project as one-off or long term period depend on youth commitment
The volunteer can gain knowledge and experience from their work. They can also strengthen their working attitude and build network for future career.
